Regional Mathematics Olympiad or RMO is a mathematics talent search examination conducted by Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBSCE). The descriptive examination includes a total of 6 questions which the students must solve in 3 hours.
The first stage of the examination is known as the Pre-Regional Mathematics Olympiad (PRMO). The students clearing the first stage are qualified for other stages.

Stage 3- Indian National Mathematics Olympiad
The best performers in RMO are selected for stage 3.
Stage 4- International Mathematics Olympiad Training Camp
The best performers in stage 3 (around 35) are invited for mathematical training. A team of 6 students is selected for the next round.
