Our Founder Chairman, holds an MBBS, MD in General Medicine, DM in Cardiology, and FCCP. He has not only served as the personal physician to the illustrious former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Dr MG Ramachandran, and other eminent figures but has also displayed an unwavering commitment to public service through various initiatives. His remarkable contributions have earned him numerous honours and awards, including the "Citation by the Senate of the State of Wisconsin" and the "Award of Appreciation by the Indo: American Chamber of Commerce USA."

As a visionary leader, Dr Mahalingam's drive to make a meaningful impact went beyond mere accolades. His passion led to the establishment of Paramedical, Medical, and Dental Colleges, with the first significant steps being Santosh Hospital in Chennai in 1990 and Santosh Medical College in Ghaziabad in 1995. Fueled by an unquenchable thirst for imparting quality medical education and healthcare services, he subsequently founded Santosh University – an exemplary institution known for its unique values and emphasis on research and innovation in the field of Health Sciences.

Continuing his legacy of excellence, Dr Mahalingam has now established "SANTOSH ACADEMIA" to provide top-tier education to aspiring medical and engineering professionals in our nation.

With this latest initiative, we are committed to nurturing the next generation of medical and engineering talent and upholding the values of quality education, research, and innovation in the ever-evolving fields of Medical, Healthcare, Engineering, and IT industries. As the COO of Santosh Academia, Mr. Vicky Maheshwari brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the institution's leadership. With a strong foundation in both engineering and business management, his journey commenced as a Software Engineer in leading MNCs in Chennai and Hyderabad. However, driven by a deep-seated passion for teaching, he made a courageous career shift, dedicating himself to education as an educator.

Over the past eight years, he has carved a remarkable path in the education industry, leaving an indelible mark on the lives of countless students. Having worked with prestigious educational organizations, he excelled as an IITJEE-Mathematics professor and Centre Incharge, skillfully managing multiple centres.

His resolute commitment to student development has resulted in mentoring over five thousand students, guiding them towards remarkable achievements. Under his guidance, students have achieved an All India Rank of 1 in NTSE, Class 10; an All India Rank of 4 in KVPY, Class 11; and an All India Rank of 29 in IITJEE, among numerous other top 1000 ranks.

Now, as the COO of Santosh Academia, he leads the organization with a vision for unparalleled growth and excellence. Beyond academic accomplishments, his leadership extends to motivating and counselling students through impactful seminars across various locations in India, inspiring them to unlock their full potential.
