The system at Santosh Academia works in a transparent and fair manner. In case, students want to discontinue studying with Santosh Academia, he/ she will have to visit our learning centers and submit a written application stating appropriate reasons. The date of submission of the written application letter at the center will be the relevant date to be considered for calculating the refund amount. Payments towards accepted refund requests shall be effected as prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India or any other competent authority under any law for the time being in force, within a reasonable period of time, or as prescribed under applicable laws.
