Santosh Academia Return & Refund Policy

This return, refund, cancellation and shipping charges policy (“Return & Refund Policy”) applies to your use of the domain www.santoshacademia.com, an internet based portal, and Santosh Academia, a mobile application, owned and operated by Maharaji Academia Private Limited, a company duly incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (hereinafter, referred to as “Santosh Academia” or “We” or “Our” or “Us” or “Company”). The domain name and the mobile application are collectively referred to as “Website”.

Services on the Website, would be made available to such natural persons who have agreed to become Customers / Enrollers / Students on the Website after obtaining due registration, in accordance with the procedure as determined by Santosh Academia, from time to time (referred to as “You” or “Your” or “Yourself” or “Customer”).

You may use the Website to (i) search (ii) enroll (iii) admit and other purposes related with Two tier teaching for board and entrace exam, Hybrid and holistic learning for IIT JEE, NEET, CUET, Foundation, NTSE, RMO NSEJS etc.,

Refund Policy:

The system at Santosh Academia works in a transparent and fair manner. In case, students want to discontinue studying with Santosh Academia, he/ she will have to visit our learning centers and submit a written application stating appropriate reasons. The date of submission of the written application letter at the center will be the relevant date to be considered for calculating the refund amount. The other terms applicable to such refund policy are as follows:

1. There will be no refund in case of any short-term course - less than 90 days
2. There will be no refund of any test registration fee.
3. Advanced Registration fee will not be refundable in any circumstances. Only Tuition Fee will be refundable basis the below criteria:

4. Days will be counted from the batch start date or admission date, whichever is later irrespective of the day of first class attended by the student.
5. In case of transfers in job posting of parents / guardians, if Santosh Academia centers are available in the destination city, the student will be accommodated in a suitable batch at the new center. No fee will be refunded in such cases.
6. In case of transfers in job posting of parents / guardians, if Santosh Academia centers are NOT available in the destination city, the student will be refunded the Tuition Fee on pro-rated monthly basis. Admission & Books fee will not be refunded in any circumstances.
7. In case of unforeseen circumstances, as assessed by Santosh Academia management, on case-to-case basis, the student will be refunded the Tuition Fee on pro-rated monthly basis. Admission & Books fee will not be refunded in any circumstances.
8. The student/ parent shall comply with the terms of the arrangement executed with entities associated with Santosh Academia, in relation to any loan obtained by such student/ parent for the purposes of admission to Santosh Academia. Any refund of the fees by Santosh Academia shall be paid to the relevant financing entity that has provided the loan to student/ parent, and any remaining refund amount left (after the satisfaction of the loan) will be paid by Santosh Academia to student/ parent.

Refund Process :

In all the above cases, if the claim is found to be valid, refund will be made as mentioned below:

1. Order placed through online wallet will be credited to the wallet; and
2. Order placed through cash on delivery will be refunded through fund transfer to Customer bank account.

Payments towards accepted refund requests shall be effected as prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India or any other competent authority under any law for the time being in force, within a reasonable period of time, or as prescribed under applicable laws.
